Asparagus season is back! This ready in less than 10 minutes new Asparagus with Parmesan recipe complement amazingly any dinner.
1 lbs. asparagus
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup vegetable broth
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus spears and clean them with fresh water.
2. In a skillet, over medium-high heat, heat up olive oil. Add garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
3. Add asparagus, vegetable broth, salt and pepper. Cook for 6 minutes.
4. Place asparagus in a serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
