Do you know what’s refreshing during the summer heat? A no-cook recipe. Try our salmon tartare recipe as a starter or a full meal. Don’t forget to use the freshest salmon you can find to make it. Play with the spiciness of the tartare if you like it spicy!

 

Ingredients:

400g fresh salmon

1 ½ tbsp. chopped chives

1 tbsp. chopped capers

1 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 tsp. Sriracha sauce

1 ½ tsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. panko crumbs

Salt and pepper

 

Instructions:

1. To ensure the salmon stays fresh, use two bowls to prepare the tartare. Fill a large bowl with ice cubes and put a small bowl over the ice.

2. Dice the salmon and place the cubes in the small bowl.

3. Add all the tartare ingredients and mix well to combine.

4. Using a round cookie cutter, divide the tartare in 4 plates and serve with fresh croutons.

 

Note: since this recipe contains uncooked fish, we recommend consuming the tartare immediately after its preparation.
