Mexican Grilled Corn

Summer grilling season is here! Try our Mexican Grilled Corn recipe. It’s the perfect side dish to go with your steaks and hamburgers. If you have a spicy side and love Mexican recipes, this one is for you!



6 ears corn

1 cup feta cheese

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 ½ tbsp. chili powder

2 tbsp. melted butter

1 avocado

Fresh cilantro

Lime juice

Salt & pepper, to taste



1. Fill a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Place ears of corn into boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.

2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, feta cheese, melted butter, lime juice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Brush the corn with the mixture.

3. Place the corn on the BBQ on medium heat and cook 3-4 minutes.

4. Top with chopped avocado and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
