Ingredients:

4 Naans bread

1 can plum tomatoes (crushed)

2 tomatoes, sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves

1 ball mozzarella cheese

1 tsp. dried oregano

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).

2. Place Naans breads on baking sheets. Add crushed tomatoes (quantity of your choice).

3. Add sliced tomatoes, fresh basil leaves and mozzarella chunks.

4. Bake 8-10 minutes. Before serving, top with olive oil, salt, pepper and dried oregano.
