Shrimp Tacos

Full of fresh ingredients, this recipe is really quick and easy to make. Perfect for tacos Tuesday!

6-8 Tacos


6-8 soft corn tortillas

½ mango

1 shallot

1 avocado

½ red bell pepper

1 ½ cup shrimp

½ cup Feta cheese

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. paprika

4 tbsp. lime juice

Fresh coriander leaves, to taste

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper


1. In a pan over medium heat, cook shrimp with olive oil for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder and 2 tbsp. lime juice. Reserve.

2. Prepare the fresh salsa by cutting the mango, shallot, red bell pepper and avocado in small cubes. Place the ingredients in a small bowl, add 2 tbsp. lime juice and mix.

3. In a oiled pan, reheat corn tortillas on each side and place on a work surface. Add shrimps and fresh salsa. Garnish with Feta cheese and fresh coriander leaves. Voila!
