Poke Bowl

Ingredients

Bowls:

1 cup cooked shrimps

1 cup cucumber, in julienne

1 cup carrots, in julienne

1 cup edamame

1 cup cooked brown rice

1 cup green shoots

 

Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce

1 tsp. sesame oil

1 tsp. lime juice

1 tbsp. soya sauce

Steps

1. Separate all the ingredients in 4 bowls (¼ cup of each ingredient per bowl).

2. In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.

3. Add 1 to 2 tbsp. of the sauce to each bowl and decorate with fresh coriander or another kind of fresh herb.
