Ingredients

Salmon:

4 salmon steak/piece

2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. sesame oil

Salt and pepper

 

Salad:

2 fennel bulbs

4 small English cucumbers

2 tbsp. white vinegar

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and brush over the salmon. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

2. Cut the fennel and cucumber in thin slices. Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

3. Serve the salmon steaks with the fresh salad.
