Who doesn’t like pizza? We have an amazing cheeseless pizza recipe that will please the cheese lovers and the lactose intolerant. You can bake it in the oven or on the BBQ. The arugula and basil bring a touch a freshness. Enjoy!
4 medium Naan breads
1 ½ cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 cup prosciutto
1 cup arugula
½ cup basil pesto (with or without Parmesan cheese)
¼ cup fresh basil
1 tbsp. olive oil
1. Preheat the oven at 400°F.
2. Place the Naan breads on a baking sheet. Add the pesto, prosciutto and tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from the oven. Add the arugula, basil and drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately.
