Lobster Rolls

While waiting for the warm season to return, here’s a recipe that taste like Summer and the sea. Our lobster roll recipe is very quick to prepare and will make you feel like you’re on a beach on vacation.

 

Ingredients:

4 hot-dog buns

400 g lobster meat

2 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 celery branch minced

1 tbsp. cilantro leaves minced

1 tbsp. fresh chives minced

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. salted butter

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

1. Cut the lobster meat and combine all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl. Mix and reserve.

2. Spread the butter on the outer sides of the buns and grill in a pan over medium-high heat.

3. Top the buns with the lobster filling mix and serve with chips.
