Lobster Pappardelle

Treat yourself with our delicious creamy lobster pasta recipe. This easy and quick to prepare recipe is meant to be shared with great company and a good bottle of wine.

 

Ingredients:

500 g pappardelle

350 g lobster meat

2 cups heavy cream (35%)

¼ cup pancetta

¼ cup Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tbsp. olive oil

Fresh chives

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions.

2. In a pan, over medium heat, add the olive oil, garlic and pancetta. Cook until the pancetta becomes crispy.

3. Add the lobster meat, heavy cream, pasta, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine and cook for a couple minutes.

4. Divide the pasta in 4 bowls. Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh chives.
