Honey and Garlic Glazed Carrots

Our chefs came up with a colourful honey garlic glazed carrots recipe. This is the ultimate Spring side that everyone will enjoy.



12 large carrots, peeled and cut in half lengthwise

1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

2 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. olive oil

2 clove garlic, minced

2-3 sprigs of rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste



1. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat up olive oil. Add garlic, carrots, salt and pepper and saute for 5 minutes.

2. Add chicken or vegetable broth and rosemary. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Uncover and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes.

4. Place carrots in a serving dish and serve as a side dish.
