Holiday Fondue

The Holiday season is officially here. It’s time to spend some time off with the kids. Try our fun and easy reinvented chocolate fondue recipe.

 

Ingredients:

500 g chocolate of your choice (dark, milk, white, etc.)

½ cup roasted coconut

4-6 cups fruits of your choice (strawberries, bananas, kiwis, oranges, pears, etc.)

 

Instructions:

1. Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate. Mix to melt the chocolate chunks.

2. Wash, peel and cut the fruits of your choice.

3. Cut a long piece of Parchemin paper and place it directly on the table or on a serving tray. Add fruits and cover with melted chocolate and roasted coconut.
