¼ cup spinach

¼ cup red bell peppers

¼ zucchinis

¼ cup beets

¼ cup carrots

4-6 whole grains wraps

1 garlic clove

1 tsp. paprika

1 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste



1. Wash and cut vegetables in strips and/or juliennes.

2. In a pan over high heat, grill garlic and vegetables (except spinach) in olive oil for 3-5 minutes.

3. Add paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Keep grilling 2 more minutes and remove from heat.

4. Assemble your wraps by adding spinach and grilled vegetables. Roll and enjoy!
