The warm season is back! It’s time to add a touch of colour to your plate by trying out our new green smoothie bowl recipe. Full of healthy ingredients, this breakfast is easy to make and will give you energy to go through your busy day. 



1 pear

1 cup spinach

1 ½ banana

1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ cup pineapple

¼ cup chia seeds

1 cup coconut water




Dried coconut

Roasted almonds



1. Wash and cut all the fruits and spinach and place in a blender.

2. Add vanilla, chia seeds and coconut water. Blend until smooth.

3. Poor into two bowls and add toppings.
