The sun is finally out. It’s time for sweet frozen recipes. You only need 3 ingredients to make our healthy frozen yogurt recipe. All you have to do is choose your favourite summer fruit and you’ve got yourself a delicious frozen dessert.

 

Ingredients:
1 ½ cup your favourite fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, mangos or pineapples)
1 cup Greek yogurt (nature)
2 tbsp. maple sirup

 

Instructions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Poor yogurt mix in a container suitable for freezing. Place in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours.

3. Decorate the frozen yogurt with fresh mint leaves and fruits.
