Fine Herbs

Fine herbs can add flavour to your recipes and even transform any weeknight dish into a gourmet delight. Unfortunately, forgetting their existence and finding them in the bottom drawer of your refrigerator days later can happen.

Our Chefs came up with a simple and practical tip to preserve your fine herbs, reduce food waste and add flavours to your recipes.

First, soak the herbs in cold water to clean them. Add your choice of oil (coconut, olive, truffle, nut, etc.) to an empty ice cube tray. Add pieces of fresh herbs to the oil and place the ice cube tray in the freezer. There you go! You have individual oil and herb portions to add to any of your favourite recipes.
