Here’s a refreshing and exciting recipe to make with kids during the heat wave. Try our frozen chocolate bananas. Get creative by using the topping of your choice.
1 ½ cup chocolate
¾ cup hazelnuts chopped
¾ cup coconut
1. Cut the bananas in half and insert a stick into each half. Place them in the freezer for 2 hours.
2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or the microwave oven.
3. Dip the bananas in the melted chocolate and roll them in the hazelnuts and coconut.
4. Serve immediately or place them in the freezer.
