CONTEST « Win 1 Year of Fleury Michon Products »


1.1   The "Win 1 Year of Fleury Michon Products" Contest (referred to as the "Contest") is sponsored by Fleury Michon America Inc. (referred to as "the Sponsor"), begins at 10:00 am (10: 00), Eastern Time (ET), March 1, 2021, and closes at 3:00 PM ET on April 30, 2021 (referred to as the "Contest Period") and takes place on the Fleury Michon microsite (referred to as the "Website").



2.1   The contest is open to residents of Quebec and Ontario only, aged eighteen (18) and over, and are holders of an Instagram and/or Facebook account at the time of their participation.

2.2   The employees of the Sponsor and its partners, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and parties involved in the development, production and distribution of the Contest-related material and all persons with whom such persons are domiciled and all members of their immediate family are not eligible for the Contest. For the purposes of this Regulation, the "immediate family" includes the father, mother, brother (s), sister (s), child (ren), husband, wife or spouse of such a person, whether or not these persons are domiciled at the same place.



3.1   A purchase on Fleury Michon’s online store « » with the promotional code (-25%) associated to the contest « FMA2021 » is required to enter the contest.

3.2   There is only one way to participate in the Contest:                            

To do so, participants must visit Fleury Michon’s online store « », place a minimum of one (1) order using this promotional code associated to the contest, during the contest period « March 1 2021 – April 30 2021 ».By completing participating in the contest, entrants’ consent to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, the Declaration of Compliance with the Official Rules and the Release of Liability and Publicity. The only way to participate to the contest is through Fleury Michon’s online store; no other form of registration will be accepted.

3.3   All entries must be submitted no later than the end of the Contest Period. Incomplete, duplicate, late or truncated entries will be disqualified at the discretion of the Sponsor.

3.4   Online publications on the Facebook and Instagram page of Fleury Michon America will promote the Contest during the Contest Period.

4.   PRIZE

4.1   One (1) Prize consisting of 1 year worth of Fleury Michon products exclusively available on the online store (1 year worth of Fleury Michon products: 12 months X $150 = $1800). Only one prize is available. The prize (referred to as the "Prize"). A total value in price of $1800.

4.2   The Winner can order a maximum of $1800 worth of products available on the online store, on a period of 12 months or less. If the Winner does not order a value of $1800 of products once the 12-month period is over, the balance of the Prize cannot be claimed or refunded.

4.3   A personalized promotional code will be provided to the Winner in order to claim his Prize and order on the online store.

4.4   The Prize will be delivered in the delivery zone covered by Fleury Michon; Quebec or Ontario provinces.


5.1   One (1) Winner: A random draw will be held on May 3rd, 2021 at 1:00 pm ET, by a representative of the Sponsor from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. A verification of the entries will be made.
5.1.1   At the conclusion of this audit, the Prize will be valid between May 14, 2021 and May 14, 2022.

5.1.2   The Winner will be designated at the Fleury Michon America offices in Rigaud and will be announced on the Fleury Michon America Facebook and Instagram pages only once the participants have completed the Prize claim process.

5.1.3   Winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days. If a Winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days, his / her Prize entitlement will be revoked.

5.1.4   To receive the Prize, the Winner must:       Upon request, provide proof of identity clearly and to the satisfaction of the Sponsor of the participant's identity, age and place of residence;       Sign a declaration and release form stating that he has read and understood these Rules, that he accepts the Prize as is, that he authorizes the Sponsor to use, broadcast, publish and disseminate his name, city of residence, photographs, images, statements and votes, in any promotion, advertisement, news bulletin, entertainment content or information vehicle, without additional compensation; to release the Sponsor of all liability in connection with its participation in the Contest, its acceptance and use of the Prize. The Sponsor will send the Declaration and Release Form to entrant by email or mail and must return it signed to the Sponsor within three (3) business days of receiving it.

5.2   If a Winner does not comply with these Rules (including, under the terms of Article (6.1), or if he rejects the Prize, he will be disqualified and will not be able to claim the Prize. This person will be acknowledged to have waived the Prize. The grant of the latter will be cancelled and the Sponsor will be released and released from all liability in this regard. Another Winner will then be drawn and so on.
5.3   The chance to win the Prize (1) will depend on the number of eligible entries received on the website.



6.1   By accepting a Prize, all participants agree to be bound by these Rules and to comply with them. 

6.2   All decisions of the Sponsor, and / or any other independent organization supervising the Contest (in relation to all aspects of the Contest, including but not limited to, the eligibility of entries) are final and conclusive for all entrants in all competitions aspects of this competition. However, a dispute as to the organization or conduct of an Advertising Contest may be submitted to the Liquor, Racing and Games Board for resolution. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a Prize may be submitted to the Board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 

6.3   For the purposes of the Contest and these Rules, entrants will be deemed to be the authorized holders of the email address indicated on their entry form. Authorized account holders are those to whom the Internet Service Provider (or any organization, such as a company or school, which assigns email addresses for the domain associated with the email address) assigned the email address. 

6.4   Any purchase with the promotional code associated to the contest that is not received during the Contest Period is automatically rejected.

6.5   Entries and Declaration Forms are subject to verification by the Sponsor. Entries that prove to be incomplete, fraudulent, counterfeit or falsified, that are late, or that do not fully comply in any way with these Rules will be rejected by the Sponsor, thereby voiding participation and opportunity to win the Prize. 

6.6   The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a participant, at its discretion and without notice, or to cancel the entry form of such entrant who has registered or is attempting to enter the Contest through fraudulent methods, unfair to other participants or not complying with these Rules. The participant may then be reported to the competent authorities.

6.7   Any person who registers or attempts to enter the Contest releases the Sponsor, their advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates, and the employees, agents and representatives thereof, from any liability in connection with the Contest. Any damages, claims, claims, or causes of action of any nature that Participants may suffer as a result of their participation in or attempt to enter the Contest and the acceptance, use or possession of 'a price. The Sponsor, and their respective partners, advertising and promotional agencies and subsidiaries, and the employees, agents and representatives thereof, shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, for:

6.7.1       errors in printing, typography or reproduction of material related to this Contest;

6.7.2       any damage or loss that may result from the downloading of a web page or the transmission of any information related to participation in the Contest;

6.7.3        any other incident, among the following, that may limit or prevent anyone from participating in the Contest: entries that are lost, erased, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible, incorrect or inaccurate; computer, technical, Internet, software, network, connectivity or transmission, reception or transmission, printing or insertion of any kind or any combination of these factors, regardless the network, the Internet service provider or the computer;

6.7.4       any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of the use of the Prize. 

6.8   The Sponsor cannot guarantee that access to the Website will be continuous and that it will not experience any interruption of service for any reason whatsoever during the entire Contest Period.

6.9   The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Authority, to cancel, modify, extend or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, or terminate it, in the event that a human intervention or any other event would modify or have an impact on the administration, the security, the impartiality, the integrity, the smooth running or the course of the Competition (for example, viruses, bugs, hacks, unauthorized interventions, frauds, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor). Should the Contest, in whole or in part, be terminated before the end of the Contest Period, the Sponsor will select the Winner from the entries entered as of the date of the event or incident causing the termination of the Contest. 

6.10   The Prize must be accepted as described in these Rules and may not be assigned or sold to another person, replaced by another Prize, or exchanged in whole or in part, for cash, except in accordance with the Rules with the following paragraph. 

6.11   If it proves impossible, more difficult or more expensive to award a Prize, in whole or in part and as described in these Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Prize (or part of it) by another, equivalent in kind and value as indicated in Article 6.2 of this Regulation. 

6.12   The Sponsor, their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, Prize, material or service providers and their employees, agents and representatives will in no circumstances be required to award more Prizes than the number provided for in this Regulation, or otherwise than in accordance with this Regulation. 

6.13   Contest entries and declaration forms are the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be distributed to entrants in any case.

6.14   Winner’s name will be posted on Fleury Michon America’s Facebook and Instagram pages only once participant has completed the Prize claim process in accordance with the deadline. 

6.15   These Rules are available online on the Website during the Contest Period. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Rules without affecting the content of the conditions herein. 

6.16   No correspondence will be exchanged except in the cases provided for in these Rules or at the initiative of the Sponsor. 

6.17   Any deliberate attempt to damage the Website or to compromise the normal conduct of this Contest is a flagrant violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an event occur, the Sponsor reserves the right to sue the offender for damages with the full force of the law. 

6.18   By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the use and disclosure of personal information provided by the Sponsor and their authorized agents for the purpose of administering this Contest. If entrants consent to their registration, the Sponsor may provide the entrant with email marketing information regarding the Sponsor's products and promotions. The Sponsor agrees not to sell, share or disclose the personal information of entrants for the benefit of any third party, other than for reasonable use by such third party who has to administer the Contest within the limits of the law. 

6.19   Any request for personal information held by the Sponsor must be addressed to: Marketing Dept., Fleury Michon America Inc., 26 J.-Marc-Séguin Street, Rigaud (QC) J0P 1P0.

6.20   The Contest is not managed or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram. The entrant provides their personal information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook and Instagram. Facebook and Instagram cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any matter relating to this Contest.   

6.21   In the event that there is any inconsistency or inconsistency between the terms of these Rules and their publication in the Contest submission, including but not limited to the foregoing, the entry form, the materials at the point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Regulations shall prevail, apply and serve as a control guide.

6.22   All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional pieces, web pages, source codes, designs, illustrations, slogans, and representations are the property of the Sponsor and / or its affiliates or licensed subcontractors. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any part covered by copyright or intellectual property is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of its owner.
