Chocolate Chia Pudding

Here’s a simple chocolate Chia pudding recipe to pair with our Egg Snacks. Complete your morning with this healthy breakfast duo.

 

Ingredients (Chia pudding):

4 cups Chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp. maple syrup

 

Ingredients (smoothie):

1 banana

2 tbsp. cocoa powder

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chia pudding first. In an airtight container, add the Chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup. Stir well and store in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours.

2. Add all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender. Mix for 1-2 minutes or until you get a smooth texture.

3. Divide the Chia pudding in 4 bowls. Top with the chocolate smoothie and garnish with your favourite fruits.
