Who never dreamed of waking up to an impressive pancake mountain covered with maple syrup and fresh fruits? Try our delicious chai spiced pancake recipe on your next Sunday morning. This amazing pancake recipe will remind you of a nice warm cup of chai tea.



1 tbsp. baking powder

1 ½ tsp. cinnamon

1 ½ tsp. cardamom

1 ½ tsp. ginger

½ tsp. nutmeg

1 ½ all-purpose flour

1 ½ tbsp. brown sugar

2 tbsp. melted coconut oil

1 egg

½ cup infused chai tea

1 cup almond milk



1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Add the almond milk, infused chai tea, egg and coconut oil. Mix until you get a smooth texture.

2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add coconut oil.

3. Add ¼ cup of the pancake mix into the pan. Cook 1-2 minutes on each side. Repeat until you get the pancake tower of your dreams!

4. Before serving, add maple syrup, walnuts and your favourite fruits (we used miniature kiwis).
