Homemade Granola

Our chefs came up with a delicious healthy homemade granola recipe to complement your breakfast or snacks. Enjoy!

4 cups oat

1 cup nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)

½ cup dried fruits (cranberries, apricots, raisins, etc.)

1 cup natural toasted coconut

¼ cup melted coconut oil

½ cup maple syrup

½ cup honey

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. cardamom


1. Add all dried ingredients in a bowl and mix.

2. Incorporate maple syrup, honey, vanilla and melted coconut oil and mix well.

3. Spread the granola mix on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 300 F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn the mix over and bake for another 10 minutes.

4. Store granola mix in airtight container at room temperature.
