Ingredients

2 cups milk of your choice (cow, almond, coconut, etc.)

½ cup chia seeds

¼ cup maple syrup

1 tbsp. vanilla extract

1 cup strawberry jam

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, vanilla and maple syrup. Mix well and store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

2. Mix and pour the mix into 4 bowls. Garnish with the strawberry jam.
