1 cup kefir
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
¼ cup almond milk
1 tbsp. oatmeal flakes
2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. roasted coconut
Steps
1. Combine the kefir, banana, ¾ cup blueberries, almond milk and oatmeal flakes in a blender and mix.
2. Pour the smoothie in a bowl.
3. Top with blueberries, pumpkin seeds and coconut.
