Blueberry Crisp

Blueberry season is right around the corner. We have a delicious classic blueberry recipe for you to enjoy. The flavour of the blueberry blends perfectly with the sweetness of the maple syrup.

 

Ingredients (crumble):

1 ½ cup quick oat

3 tbsp. brown sugar

¼ cup melted unsalted butter

 

Ingredients (filling):

2 tbsp. brown sugar

¼ cup maple syrup

4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

1 tsp. lemon juice

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.

2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the crumble. Set aside.

3. In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the blueberry filling. Pour the filling in 6 ramekins and top with the crumble mix.

4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the crumble is golden.

5. Before serving, add fresh mint leaves and drizzle with maple syrup.
