During the summer, do you prefer a fresh cocktail or an iced coffee? We have the perfect blend between these two: Dalgona iced coffee. This creamy and refreshing beverage is ideal for warm summer mornings.
2 tbsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. hot water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. maple sirup
2 cups milk (cow, oat, soy, almond, cashew, etc.)
1. In a small bowl, combine the instant coffee, hot water, sugar and maple sirup. Whip until you get a creamy texture similar to whipped cream.
2. In a glass filled with ice, pour the milk and topped with the creamy coffee mixture.
3. Decorate with garnish such as chocolate shavings, cocoa powder or salted caramel.
