8 blood oranges

2 cups boiling water

1 cup fresh mint

2 tbsp. honey

Steps

1. Press the oranges and pour the juice in a pitcher with honey and mint.

2. Add the hot water and infuse 15-20 minutes. Remove the mint leaves.
