Baked Brie with Tomatoes and Basil

The baked brie is definitely the perfect appetizer to gather the cheese lovers! Add fresh cherry tomatoes from your garden or your local market, basil and sunflower seeds. Serve with homemade croutons and a refreshing cocktail.

1 brie cheese (300 g – 350 g)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 clove garlic, minced

½ cup fresh basil

2 tbsp. sunflower seeds

1 tbsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper


1. In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, garlic, sunflower seeds and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Using a knife, thinly slice off top rind of the brie. Place in a baking dish and add the topping.

3. Bake in the oven at 350 °F for 10-12 minutes.

4. Before serving, top with fresh minced basil. Serve warm with homemade croutons and/or crackers,
