All-Dressed Nachos

Friday night, after a long and busy week, the classic nacho meal can be a life saver. This all-dressed nachos recipe is ideal to share with good friends. Be creative, add your personal touch to it!

 

Ingredients:

1 bag nacho chips

1 tomato, diced

1 cup corn

1 ½ cup chorizo

1 ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese

½ cup red onion, minced

1 avocado

2 green onions

1 lime

1 tbsp. olive oil

 

Instructions:

1. Diced the tomato and red onion. In a bowl, combine the tomato, onion, olive oil, corn and lime juice. Mix well then reserve.

2. Cook the chorizo until the meat gets crispy.

3. Place the nacho chips on a baking sheet. Add the chorizo, cheese and salsa mix.

4. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 5-7 minutes.

5. Before serving, top with avocado cubes and green onions.
