3 tips to get your breakfast habit started

Having breakfast every morning should be part of your new years’ resolutions for 2019. Breakfast will not only give you energy to go through your busy day, it can also help you concentrate throughout the day. You can easily integrate these breakfast habits to your morning routine if you prepare yourself.

Tip 1: Separate your breakfast items into single servings. Cook hard-boiled eggs days in advance and even split yogurt in single serve containers to help you save time.

Tip 2: Prepare your fruits. You can wash and cut your fruits ahead of time and keep them in airtight containers. This step will help you save time and avoid wasting fruits such as raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.

Tip 3: Choose low-sugar ingredients. Pick natural butters (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, cashews) over sugary peanut butter.
